Jovan’s Life is one of my early Video Artworks. It is based on a dream of a similar set up. This video has been screened on menu video and art festivals in Europe and awarded at the Video Medeja 2000, Serbia.
This video has become my artistic signature.
It was inspired by a thought that a human life can mean a lot but also nothing.
The whole video was filmed at one location. A street view into the bedroom of my dear friend and colleague Natasa Teofilovic. Together with us in the video took part Mr Aleksandar Ilincic who at that time happen to change his name to Aleksandar Jovan Ilincic.
